I'm really excited about the upcoming release of Black Myth: Wukong on Steam. They've just put out a free Benchmark tool, allowing us to check the performance on our PCs ahead of time.
While I'm a bit skeptical about how accurate it will be in real-world gameplay, it's still interesting to take a look.
I took a closer look at the Legion Go, focusing on 1080p 25 watts low and medium with FSR, as well as some frame generation. The Benchmark results seemed quite promising, especially for the Legion Go, which performed really well with frame generation on. Although this is just a Benchmark, it's still reassuring to see such positive results.
The game also seems to run decently on the Steam Deck, which is quite impressive. However, these are just initial impressions, and I'm looking forward to seeing how the game performs in actual gameplay scenarios. It's crucial to consider factors such as input latency and picture quality, which can only be fully assessed once the game is officially released.
I believe that Black Myth: Wukong has a lot of potential and I'm looking forward to spending some time playing it, especially on the go with the Legion Go's immersive screen.
